Born & raised in the historic Eastern Long Island village of Sag Harbor, NY & founding his first company at age 17, Raymond A. Los is an entrepreneur with 30 years of superior expertise in Recording Artist, Actor & Model Management, Event Development, Music Publishing, Marketing, Publicity and Business & Brand Development. His passion for thinking outside the box has often been compared to some of the world's most innovative minds, visionaries and global business icons.

Leave A Legacy Ventures is actively seeking investors via offering a common stock equity stake in the company, currently valued at $25.00 per/share. Investment includes an ownership stake of all companies, brands and business ventures that are 100% owned by Leave A Legacy Ventures. With 20+ revenue pipelines spanning an arsenal of Intellectual Property to be capitalized on via business/talent/athlete advisor services, marketing & advertising services, fashion & character brand product line sales, advertising sponsorships, Metaverse & mobile game development, editorial & literary publishing, Leave A Legacy Ventures has a projected revenue forecast valuation of $425 Million by 2035 and $800 Million by 2040. Investments in the company would be allocated towards:

• Opening our office headquarters in The Hamptons (in the village of either Southampton, NY or Sag Harbor, NY), and Penn 1 office tower in midtown New York City @ INDUSTRIOUS office suites, with each office rent cost between $5,000 to $12,000 per month, a max combined cost of $288,000 per year.
  

• Creating 20 jobs for a powerhouse executive team and assistant staff for Leave A Legacy Ventures key corporate operations, and 25-30 local jobs (In The Hamptons & North Fork) for our team of journalists & production crews for THE HAMPTONS TELEVISION PRODUCTIONS, the anchor company that houses THE HAMPTONS NEWS NETWORK, its sister SPORTS NETWORK and our streaming platform, HAMPTONS+. Total staff costs would be $2,500,000 per year at equal full time yearly salary rates of $75,000 each and part time yearly salary rates of $20,000 each.
  

• Each original scripted TV series production would cost $1,500,000 per episode, with a plan of 10 episodes each. The cost of unscripted news, sports, entertainment & event series production is incorporated into the operational staff cost, with scripted TV series produced by hired crews via NBCUniversal TV, Warner Bros TV and others.
  

• Opening our first storefronts for our fashion brands in The Hamptons, with an initial opening cost of $500,000 per store for rent, utilities, fixtures, shelving, staff, and product stock, with a plan for future storefronts inside Moynihan Train Hall in NYC and/or inside the newly built MANHATTAN WEST neighborhood shopping plaza.

• To expand our multiple fashion brand's global presence, we'll also be establishing a remote virtual sales team dedicated to securing partnerships and getting our products into stores across North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. With a cost of $100,000 per year via an outside sales team service, we'll be able to create 10 more jobs, bolstering our sales efforts and accelerate market penetration, taking our brands to new heights of success and profitability that also include the vision of eventually opening storefronts for each of our brands in these global locations.

Positions with LEAVE A LEGACY VENTURES offers people with an existing job that covers their general bills "something a bit extra using their natural professional skillset that fits into their daily life", a flexible part time schedule of 5 hours per day, Mon-Fri. This unique opportunity allows EXECUTIVE LEVEL team members to earn a $75,000 per year salary via a common stock equity stake in the company (PLUS a 10% profit share of all company net revenue earned), granting minority ownership in Leave A Legacy Ventures as a partner of the company.
